Villa Coordinator

The Villa Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay at Mirth Resorts & Residences. From arrival to departure, you will oversee all villa operations — coordinating with housekeeping, kitchen, and service teams to maintain Mirth’s hallmark standards of personalized hospitality and refined luxury. Candidates with an F&B background are preferred for their service precision and eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day villa operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-villa dining and private experiences.
  • Conduct pre-arrival checks to ensure readiness and presentation of villas.
  • Address guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a warm, personalized touch.
  • Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance repeat experiences.
  • Support the Front Office and F&B departments during peak operations or special events.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards across all villa areas.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in guest relations, villa operations, or F&B service in a luxury setting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Guest-first mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to diverse guest needs.
