As the Revenue Manager at Mirth Resorts & Residences, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue performance across all Mirth properties. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic pricing expertise, and cross-functional coordination with the sales, reservations, and digital marketing teams to drive profitability, occupancy, and growth while preserving Mirth’s luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize room yield and overall profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns.
- Analyze daily pickup reports, occupancy forecasts, and pricing performance.
- Manage rate structures, distribution channels, and inventory across all booking platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotions, packages, and digital campaigns.
- Support the reservations team with dynamic pricing guidance and demand forecasting.
- Prepare periodic revenue reports, dashboards, and business performance summaries.
- Ensure alignment of pricing strategies with Mirth’s brand standards and guest experience philosophy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in luxury or resort brands.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and Excel.
- Deep understanding of market segmentation, channel management, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and adaptability to changing trends.
