Food & Beverage Manager

As the Food & Beverage Manager at Mirth Resorts & Residences, you will oversee and elevate all dining and beverage operations across our villas and resort outlets. This role demands a creative, hands-on leader who can blend local authenticity with global hospitality standards — delivering refined, memorable experiences that reflect Mirth’s philosophy of luxury rooted in nature.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily F&B operations including restaurant, villa dining, bar, and banqueting.
  • Maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction, hygiene, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning, seasonal concepts, and promotions.
  • Develop budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability in all outlets.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver consistent, warm hospitality.
  • Coordinate with departments for events, private dinners, and curated guest experiences.
  • Uphold food safety, licensing, and brand presentation standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
  • 5–8 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury or boutique resorts.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest-relation skills.
  • Knowledge of current culinary and beverage trends.
  • Excellent financial and operational acumen.
