Welcome to Mirth Resorts & Residences. By making a reservation, entering our premises, or using any of our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure safety, fairness, and a pleasant experience for all guests.


1. Reservation & Payment Policy

  • A 50% advance payment is required at the time of reservation to guarantee your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be settled on the check-in date.

  • Prices may vary based on seasonality, availability, inclusions, and occupancy.

  • Any additional services, activities, or upgrades will be billed as extras.


2. Venue / Villa Usage

  • Venue or villa booking is valid only for the confirmed date, duration, and number of guests.

  • Outside catering, décor, event setups, music systems, or third-party vendors require prior written approval from the management.

  • Guests must use all facilities responsibly and follow safety guidelines provided during check-in.


3. Identification & Check-In

  • Valid Aadhaar card or any Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all Indian guests.

  • Foreign nationals must present a Passport with a valid Visa.

  • Check-in time: 14:00 hrs

  • Check-out time: 11:00 hrs
    (Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.)


4. Alcohol, Smoking & Conduct

  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted inside guest rooms only.

  • Alcohol consumption is not allowed in outdoor common areas, lawns, poolside, or public spaces.

  • Smoking inside rooms or inside the villa is strictly prohibited. A designated smoking area is available.

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and not engage in activities that disturb other guests or damage property.


5. Safety & Property Rules

  • Guests must follow all property guidelines, emergency procedures, and safety instructions.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times.

  • Management reserves the right to deny service or request guests to vacate the premises in case of misconduct, safety concerns, or policy violations.

  • Any loss, damage, or breakage caused to property, furnishings, décor, or equipment will be chargeable.


6. Liability

  • Mirth Resorts & Residences is not liable for loss of valuables not deposited at the reception.

  • The resort will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages caused due to negligence, natural events, or non-compliance with resort rules.

  • Parking is available but at the guest’s own risk.


7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued usage of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
