As a Housekeeping Associate at Mirth Resorts & Residences, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, pristine, and luxurious environment for every guest. Your attention to detail ensures that each villa and common space embodies Mirth’s promise of comfort, elegance, and care rooted in nature.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene across villas, suites, and public areas.
- Prepare guest rooms to the highest presentation standards before check-ins.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as per resort standards.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Villa Coordinators for guest preferences and special requests.
- Handle guest laundry and linen care with attention and discretion.
- Support special arrangements such as romantic setups or festive decorations.
- Uphold safety, sustainability, and eco-friendly housekeeping practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Basic education or vocational training in Housekeeping or Hospitality preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping within premium, boutique, or resort environments.
- Strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for guest comfort.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.
