Reservation Executive – Cochin

As a Reservation Executive at Mirth Resorts & Residences, you will be the first point of contact for our guests — guiding them through the reservation process with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism. You’ll manage booking inquiries, villa allocations, and guest communications, ensuring every reservation reflects Mirth’s commitment to personalized service and seamless luxury.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all booking inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with prompt and courteous communication.
  • Manage villa allocations and coordinate with property teams for availability and special requests.
  • Provide accurate information on rates, packages, and property features.
  • Maintain reservation records and update systems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Front Office teams to ensure booking accuracy and guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guest needs, upsell suitable experiences, and personalize their pre-arrival journey.
  • Address guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure all correspondence maintains Mirth’s tone of elegant hospitality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in reservations or front office within luxury or boutique hospitality.
  • Strong communication and written correspondence skills.
  • Knowledge of PMS / CRS systems and online booking platforms preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and organization.
