Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare customized menus based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Showcase a variety of regional Kerala and international cuisines with refined presentation.
- Ensure top-tier standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality.
- Source and utilize local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients.
- Coordinate with villa service teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.
- Manage kitchen inventory, costing, and daily requisitions efficiently.
- Interact with guests for personalized culinary engagement and feedback.
- Support private dinners, celebrations, and curated destination dining events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Chef in luxury villas, boutique resorts, or fine-dining restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of both local and international cuisines.
- Excellent time management, creativity, and plating skills.
- Warm, guest-centric attitude with attention to detail.
