Refund and Cancelation Policy – Resorts & Residences

This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, refunds, modifications, and payment rules for stays and venue bookings at Mirth Resorts & Residences.


1. Advance Payment

  • 50% of the total booking amount must be paid at the time of reservation to confirm your stay or event booking.

  • The advance payment confirms the dates and ensures property blocking.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 2:00 PM, two (2) days prior to the arrival date.

  • If the reservation is canceled within 2 days of arrival, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.

  • No-show bookings will be charged the full advance amount.


3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed:

  • Only for cancellations made within the free-cancellation window.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

  • Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.


4. Date Changes / Amendments

  • Reservation dates may be modified subject to availability.

  • Rate differences (if any) will apply.

  • Amendments requested within 48 hours of check-in may be treated as cancellation.


5. Payment at Check-In & Check-Out

  • Full payment for the stay must be settled at the time of check-in.

  • Additional charges such as food, activities, transport, damages, or services must be settled at check-out.


6. Identification Requirements

  • All guests must present a Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, etc.).

  • Foreign nationals must submit Passport and valid Visa as per Indian government regulations.


7. Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with the resort’s Terms & Conditions, property rules, safety guidelines, or payment obligations may result in:

  • Cancellation of reservation,

  • Denial of check-in, or

  • Immediate eviction without refund.


8. Force Majeure

Mirth Resorts & Residences will not be liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by natural calamities, emergencies, pandemics, government restrictions, or events beyond our control. Refund decisions in such cases will be at the management’s discretion.
